At KyBossLady, every item is printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind reasons — so please double-check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

We do accept returns for:

• Items that arrive defective, damaged, or misprinted

If your order arrives with a defect or error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
